It is a regular thing for dog owners to witness a recently purchased toy being promptly destroyed. Perhaps this is how dogs demonstrate their affection for the toy. And when these animals show their cute side after destroying their toys, pet owners are unable to resist forgiving them.
However, Mika, a Border Collie, is a great exception. Unlike other dogs, she ensures that none of her toys are destroyed. She makes sure that she protects her toys and she has been doing this since she was still a puppy.
Vanessa, Mika’s human sibling, claims that Mika picks up anything that falls on the floor. She would also not allow anybody to approach the fallen object.
Even if ripping and chewing seem appealing to a regular dog, Mika prefers to be kind to toys. She treats her toys with tenderness and care. She is similar to a collector who takes care of his or her possessions to preserve their value.
Given that Mika is a kind dog, it is not unexpected that her collection of toys has reached an astounding quantity. Even her noisy toys are handled with the same care as her plushies.
Despite Mika’s meticulous care for her toys, they eventually become foul-smelling. It was then that the family intervened and washed her toys. And getting the toys from Mika is the most difficult part. However, it must be done!
Mika’s family needed to devise a method to complete the task. A member of the family took Mika for a walk to distract her. As soon as she left the house, Vanessa began collecting her toys and washing them.
It is unfair to fool your dogs. But sometimes we must do what is necessary!
As soon as Mika completed her walk and entered their home, she immediately realized something was off. And soon, she saw her toys soaking wet and dangling from the laundry line. She kept switching her gaze between her mother and the clothesline.
After receiving no explanation, she sat on the lawn and refused to go to her mother, who had been calling her name. Her family had undoubtedly deceived her.
She remained in place, determined to wait until her toys had dried.
All of her toys are now clean, and the long wait is finally over. She soon reunited with her toys and forgave her family as though nothing had happened.
